Medical, Dental and Vision:

Medical plans include a PPO and two HSA options through CareFirst. Our vision plan is through VSP, and our dental plan is offered through Delta Dental. We also offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) as well as a Dependent Care FSA (DCAP) to employees who have medical or dependent care expenses.


Enlighten provides all full-time employees with life insurance 1.5x base salary up to a maximum of $200,000, plus an equal amount of AD&D insurance. Additionally, we cover the cost for short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD). We also provide supplemental Term Life, supplemental AD&D, Accidental Injury and Critical Illness insurance.

401(k) Retirement Plan:

We provide up to a 6% employer contribution for 401(k) investments (employees are given automatic 3% safe harbor contribution + a dollar for dollar match up to 3%).

Personal Time Off (PTO) and Holidays:

The PTO benefit is negotiable based on skill level, experience, and desires. For experienced professionals, this is typically 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days). We also provide PTO for an employee’s birthday and all full-time employees are eligible for the year-end Leave Buy Back Program. Holidays include the major 10 paid holidays. We also support a flexible work schedule where applicable.

Additional Leave:

We offer leave for jury duty and bereavement. We also support our military reservists by providing up to 15 additional days of paid leave during their reserve time.

Tuition and Training Benefits:

We support continuing education and training for our employees. We offer employees up to $5,000 per year for education. We also have a separate budget that supports employee training and growth.


We provide exceptional performance awards and end-of-year performance bonuses for employees who go above and beyond. We also have a very generous employee referral bonus that can be worth up to $10,000 for the right referral.
