Enlighten IT Consulting offers a comprehensive compensation program. Our benefit plans and offerings are designed to provide you and your family with access to quality, affordable healthcare and to programs that provide financial security for you and your beneficiaries. Available benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, company contributions under our 401(k) plan, and additional employee perks.

Medical, Dental and Vision:

Medical plans include a PPO and HSA and a separate vision plan all through UnitedHealthcare. Our dental plan is offered through Dominion Dental. We also offer a DCAP (Dependent Care FSA) to employees who have dependent care expenses.

Life / AD&D / STD / LTD:

Enlighten provides all full-time employees with life insurance 1x base salary up to a maximum of $200,000, plus an equal amount of AD&D insurance. We also cover the cost for short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD).

401(k) Retirement Plan:

We provide up to a 6% employer contribution for 401(k) investments (employees are given automatic 3% safe harbor contribution + a dollar for dollar match up to 3%).

Personal Time Off (PTO) and Holidays:

The PTO benefit is negotiable based on skill level, experience, and desires. For experienced professionals, this is typically 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days). Holidays include the major 10 paid holidays plus employees enjoy an extra day off for their birthdays. We also support a flexible work schedule where applicable.

Additional Leave:

We offer leave for jury duty, bereavement, and for the birth and/or adoption of a child. We also support our military reservists by providing up to 10 additional days of paid leave during their reserve time.

Tuition and Training Benefits:

We support continuing education and training for our employees. We offer employees up to $5,250 per year for education and these educational benefits are transferrable to immediate family members. We also have a separate budget that supports employee training and growth.

Bonuses:

We provide spot bonus awards and end-of-year performance bonuses for employees who go above and beyond. We also have a very generous employee referral bonus that can be worth up to $10,000 for the right referral.

We invest in our company culture in many ways. For example, we have the following:
• “Tech Talks” providing insight and updates on new technologies (includes free lunch)

• Family picnics / parties
• Lounge area with putt-putt, jumbo TVs and comfy couches
