Enlighten, a MacAulay-Brown, Inc. company, was awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Baltimore Sun Media Group. The award was based solely on employee feedback from an anonymous survey. “Enlighten always puts mission and warfighter needs first, while allowing the staff enough freedom to be innovative and forward thinking,” said a respondent. “The attitude of ‘this is the way we’ve always done it’ doesn’t exist here, which is a great thing and a rarity in government work. There is always something new to learn.”
